“Rich F. at Pageland AutoZone is my hero! My car decided that today was the day that it would take me no further until it got a new battery. I was able to get to AutoZone, but then got stranded. Rich took a look in the engine and confirmed that it was, indeed, the battery, and helped me choose the best new one for my car. Then he installed the battery right there in the parking lot, going above and beyond by replacing a corroded connector, as well, and treating it with a corrosion-prevention gel. Then he even ran a check to make sure my alternator was doing ok. All the while, he was patient, humorous and good-natured, making what could have been a very stressful situation for me a rather enjoyable one. (And thanks to the other employees who made an effort to be helpful and friendly today, as well!) This is why Pageland's AutoZone is always my first stop when I need something for my car. They have ALWAYS been this helpful and friendly to me. This time, it was Rich who made my day!”
