“When arriving, there was a sign on the door stating no propane. I was also there to get some trailer parts, the front cashier got me with Pam, and she took back to the area where I needed to be. Not only did Pam, showed me where the parts were, she was trying to find out when they would propane. After she started asking questions, she actually found out they had propane, but the night before didn’t have enough staff to provide propane service. Honestly the propane was the only reason I came. Pam saved the day initially. Deagan was the operator of the propane, all safety equipment on, provided me propane and he was 100% safe about doing it. Somehow, my trailer had came off the ball, and he assisted by using a forklift to securely put my trailer back on. I secured it with a hitch pin, I recently bought from Pam earlier. I am 100% satisfied with the service and value I got today and will share with everyone.”
