“DEANNA CAUSEY IS THE BEST POSTAL WORKER THAT EVER DID SORT!!! My new glasses were accidentl rerouted from my town to the office an hour a way. I could NOT drive to go pick them up because...I needed the glasses to see. Deanna not only took the time to explain why the issue had occured, she also personally put my glasses on the last truck headed to my neighborhood. She very pleasent on the phone and just an overall delight. No one wants to call the post office, but if you HAVE to, I hope you get someone as great as Deanna.”
