“I live at 20 Southern Magnolia, and a package meant for my wife was mistakenly labeled as 20 Star Magnolia. Anyway, I flagged down our local mail delivery person , and she immediately remedied our problem. Adisplayed such a positive, helpful attitude. It's 100 degrees outside, and she didn't convey one iota of negativity. I was very impressed by her demeanor & professionalism. In conclusion, you guys might one to try to hold on to this fabulous lady as she is a tremendous asset to your firm! One word: RAISE.”

“Love this post office. I have never once experienced rudeness & I ship packages to my grandchildren all the time. The only name I know is Steve & he is wonderful -- super friendly and very knowledgeable. The other clerk is female. Other than I find her laugh annoying -- she gets the job done. Definite five star location in my opinion.”
