“Visited today, 3/6 at 8:30 a.m. . The woman who handled my transaction was lovely. She was slowed down because of mechanical issues and she apologized to each of us. It was not her fault yet she felt a sense of obligation to apologize! A lovely representative of the U.S. Postal Service!”
“I live at 20 Southern Magnolia, and a package meant for my wife was mistakenly labeled as 20 Star Magnolia. Anyway, I flagged down our local mail delivery person , and she immediately remedied our problem. Adisplayed such a positive, helpful attitude. It's 100 degrees outside, and she didn't convey one iota of negativity. I was very impressed by her demeanor & professionalism. In conclusion, you guys might one to try to hold on to this fabulous lady as she is a tremendous asset to your firm! One word: RAISE.”

As an apartment community with multiple addresses and mailboxes, we experience our share of mix ups but she NEVER misses and always corrects mistakes made by other delivery drivers ( we are not on a "normal" route" so we have different drivers) so I wanted to shout her out for being so great!”
