Justin, was terrific to work with opening our account, we moved from Tennessee and the transition for moving our account was seamless. don't ever go to this bank!! the incompetence is beyond a reasonable. after waiting an hour they said we can't help. nobody knows how to open an account. so i had to made an appointment with there specialist that was 2 hours long ...needless to say i had to call bank of American to fix it after he worked on it for 2 hours . wasted hours of my life i can never get back and cause a bunch of unneeded stress... worst bank experience of my life.

They run a skeleton crew regardless of the time of day , Monday- Friday and close at 4:00. Don’t plan on stopping if your on a time schedule because you will be 30 minutes or more late , even with simple transactions such as cashing a check

I received WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE recently by the management team at the Pawley's Island BOA branch. BOA's online customer support was horrible, lacking any customer care or concern but the Pawley's Island BOA branch listened and made things right. BOA don't close your branches, they do make a difference!!!

Johanna, bank manager goes the extra mile for her clients. She is kind and generous to give her time and attention to any of my families banking needs. We have 6 accounts there and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our accounts. Thank you BOM Pawleys Island and Johanna!

Done with using Bank of America ... only location within 20 minutes of where I live and they close M-F at 4pm (both lobby & drive thru) ... how can anyone ever go there to get a cashiers check when I get off at 4pm M-F ... you would think they would have extended drive thru hours at least on Fridays ... anyhow time to change everything over to South Atlantic ... thanks for nothing

This branch keeps closing with a sign that gives no explanation of why they are closed or when it will open again. During normal times they have minimum hours and a small staff. Very frustrating when trying to run a business and personal banking both. The staff is always very nice, but BofA seems to always have a new annoying rule and gives less services and less incentive to stay with them. They act like I work for them instead of the other way around. I am considering leaving this bank after 25 years.
