I visit pawleys isle on a regular basis. The staff was the most unfriendly and rude of ANY chicos I have ever shopped in. Not sure I will ever go back!!!

Love the store and staff was very friendly, they greeted me right away. I just had a baby and needed new swimsuit but I didn't know what size I am anymore. Katrina was so friendly and sweet to me. She gave me a few different size to wear and recommend some tops. I ended up buying a bottom skirt with no top, I'm still a little insecure about my body so I didn't get a top. This place is very clean and organized, staff was super friendly and helpful. If your looking for a nice, sturdy, good quality swimwear, I recommend this place but if you want something cheap then this is not the place for you.

I love Chico's clothes and I usually stop into this location when I'm in South Carolina. When I stopped in yesterday, the staff was not particularly welcoming. They barely spoke when I entered the store and failed to address me for the next ten minutes while I was in the store. I happen to be black. I purposely lingered in the area where salespeople were standing, to see if anyone would offer their help. In the mean time they were devoting their time, conversation and attention to the two or three Caucasian women that were shopping. When a Caucasian gentleman entered the store, they almost met him at the door asking him how they could help him. LOVE THE STORE. STAFF NEEDS DIVERSITY TRAINING!!!!!
