Tyler in sales is a liar. I came in, signed papers and he came back and said he couldn't do the deal. Do not do business with them. They are swindlers and will try to get every penny from you. I talked to him this morning and he said if I come up with the down payment he would make the deal. I just called and he said the car just got sold but they have another car for me. He was so nasty about it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Everything was great. They gave us a nice loaner for the three days they kept our Titan.My only complaint is when I picked it up the passenger seat was full of debris. I went in to ask about a vacuum, but that would have meant a delay since I would have had to wait for “detailing”. I wasn’t too pleased with that. A quick vacuum of the seat and floors would be exceptional service in my opinion.Otherwise everything was great. Thanks!Gail

I got up at 5am with my friend who had an appointment at 7:15am to have her car looked it for a side window replacement. Not only would they not look at the vehicle for several hours but they couldn’t give an estimate and simply said leave the car for 3 days. I asked if they could give an estimate or order the parts and call me back and was told NO. Leave it or we will not help you. Worst experience ever. Don’t go to them as they have no respect or regard for your time or money.

Not a good experience today at all. Not even worthy of a star. Asked for help from the service department and they were more interested in getting $156 from me to determine the cause of a warning light. If the issue was a faulty sensor they would not charge the $156 because it would be covered by warranty. My car has 27300 miles. They wanted me to leave my car overnight because the "certified technician is now checking the wiring". Was never told that the sensors were bad or not. I told them to give me my car back, paid the ridiculous $156 and will not ever go there again. Tried to post this without a star but had to put one for this to be posted.

I had a phenomenal experience with the service department. I don’t remember the young lady’s name who assisted me. She was awesome she took her time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate her !

Had a front end alignment done on my 07 Titan. The tech was fast and knew his stuff. I will be back for any other service needs I may have. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

I made an online appointment for a service package including oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc listed as $99 on the website. However, when I arrived at the service desk I was told it was in fact $234.00 and once all was said and done cost me $594 with the addition of a new battery terminal and air filter. Caveat Emptor. Next time I will let them handle the recalls but take it for service somewhere where the service package I sign up for costs the advertised price (not more than 2x the price listed).

These guys sold me a car that had to have the battery and thermostat replaced in less than a year, and now the ignition is having issues. One positive, they were able to find me a bank that would help me finance the car. But considering all the car issues I’ve had, I would never recommend these people to anyone

From start to finish I was made to feel extremely comfortable with the buying process. Tyler, my salesperson, and Brandon, the sales manager, made sure that all of my needs were met as far as the car I was purchasing and the financing. I would highly recommend Coastal Nissan to anyone!

I didn't like all the extra little fees added, your customer waiting area was terrible coffee or water and had to watch golf on the tv or sports at 7:00am in the am, the free car wash that you give , you have to go down the road to get and I don't call it free you make the money off all the little extras that you had on the bill ..they supposedly found some other things that where work and instead I get a text while waiting with allproblem wanting to me to check yes or no ...really someone could have come talked to me about the issues instead of text ..it probly bc of the prices of your repairs was crazy high ..you replaced new windshield wipers that was only two months old my husband replaced them for me and I didn't realize it ...upcharges upcharges that all they were after
