I made an appointment to get a flu shot. Waited 15 minutes while the pharmacy tech called my insurance company for verification. Told me a flu shot was not covered by insurance. I left and called my healthcare payer; they told me I do have coverage. CVS wasted my time. I had to make a second trip to receive my flu shot.\\n19 of 20 prescriptions that my doctors have called in have not been filled by the time I arrive at the pharmacy to pick them up — even one week after the Rx is sent to the pharmacy by Tideland’s. I am told to come back in 20 minutes or the next day.

Once again I tried to give CVS pharmacy a try when my doctor unwittingly Sent in a prescription. 6 days later I called wanting to know where it was. She quickly said, I'll have it in an hour. I said don't bother. The absolute worst run pharmacy in the area.

Staff is not helpful. Would rather play on cell phones. When trying to get some assistance, I was given attitude as if I was bothering them. 2 employees with zero customer service skills. I was in the store for over an hour at the photo center. Sad

The worst!I was on hold for 47 minutes and when I was finally connected with someone they said my medicine would be ready in 30 minutes.I arrived to the pharmacy and they said it would be another 30 minutes.The lady behind the register at the pharmacy was incredibly rude and unhelpful and had a major attitude.I'll never come back to this location again.

UPDATE! AT 2:05PM ON Thursday Oct 28th, 2022 I received a text message from CVS stating my appointments have been cancelled. This Pharmacy has major problems and apparently No Management. I went a few weeks ago to get the Covid 19 vaccine and was told I had to make an appointment. I thought the Minute Clinic was a walk in clinic. It is in other states because I've used it before. I was trying to log in on the computer available in the waiting area when an individual (Nurse?) exited the door and ask if I she could help me. I explained I was there to get the Covid shot. She said she wasn't available to help me NOW because she was headed to lunch. According to the lunch hours posted in the waiting area she was leaving 15 minutes before the scheduled lunch hour started. Fast forward a few weeks.... on Wednesday Oct 27th, 2022 I decided to get on line and make an appointment so this time I wouldn't make a wasted trip (20 miles round trip). I accomplished everything on line and my appointments were set. I also received a text message telling me to remember my appointment. I drove to the CVS location and arrived 30 minutes early. I sat in my vehicle until about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. At this time I opened the message I received and tapped on the message to let CVS know I had arrived in the parking lot. At 5 minutes till my scheduled appointment I entered the store and proceeded to the Minute Clinic. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to help me. I also noticed a sign stating the waiting area was closed and to wait in my car until someone called me in. I proceeded to my vehicle and waited another 30minutes past my scheduled appointment and never received a call. I finally left and went home because I had other responsibilities waiting. It has now been 6 hours and I haven't received a call. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOU PHARMACY NEEDS.

This is my pharmacy, and I like them a lot.BUT today I was waiting on line to pick up a prescription and the line went back almost to the Minute Clinic.I didn't care about the line. What I cared about was the older gentleman who tapped on the door of the MC, and what happened when it was opened to him. He told the woman inside that his wife had made an appointment online, and they were there. The woman told him he'd have to wait for a phone call and then they'd let him in. He explained that his wife had a problem with her foot which was so painful she was barely able to stand and that's why they made the appointment online. The woman then got very rude, telling him that she'd said she would call him, and that she was on her lunch hour so they'd have to wait.She spoke to him in the rudest tone. I was shocked that man was treated in such a rude and condescending manner.

Terrible customer service. No knowledge of how the CVS app works. The Pharm Tech didn't even care that there was a problem. Seemed to busy to give a crap.

Big shout out to the young lady who helped me at the pharmacy @Pawleys Island today. I came down yesterday for the wkend. Forgot 4 meds I take daily. Within 15 minutes, she had my meds for 3 days for me. WOW - Thank you CVS.
