This is the second time that I rented a vehicle from the location and I can honestly say that this location has not let me down. The staff was friendly and pleasant. (Big shout out to Spencer)My only concern is that they don't do pick-ups & drop offs like other branches. Other than that, I would have given a 5 star.

I will say that the employees at this location had nothing to do with this. We made a reservation the day prior to the rental. We were very specific in what we were needing and they searched and promised us the truck was available at a location an hour away. We drove at 7am for a pickup at 8am only to find out that they did not have it available. We then were told it was their policy that if they did a reservation that they have to provide that vehicle. It was up to the area manager to locate one. We are now at 12:00, and still have not received a call from an area manager. Luckily Spencer who works at that location stated we could call a different department within enterprise to rent a cargo van. The business model they use for reservations is messed up. Not only did it put us 3 hours behind, we drove an additional two hours. We should have received a call by now!!!!

Great Enterprise location- Spencer assisted us and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The SUV we rented was spotless! It was very easy to rent from this location and we will definitely rent from here again.

Due to car problems and shortage of loaners, I found myself in sudden need of a rental. I called Enterprise. They had no cars available, but worked with the Myrtle Beach location and soon had me back on the road for a reasonable price. They couldn't have been nicer! Many thanks to Antoinette, Mark, and Van, who made a stressful situation so much easier! Highly recommend.

Don't use Enterprise Rent - a - Car. My car was involved in a wreck on 11/3/2022. It was not my fault. Nationwide was the insurance paying for my rental. That rental started around the 13th of December. I did not drive it for two weeks. When I got back, I gassed up the vehicle and drove to work. That's when I noticed that the hazard light was on. So, I touched the light and it said to service the car because of the brake fluid. I began trying to call the company. They have no emergency numbers when its the Christmas Holidays and they weren't coming back to work until Tuesday. So I began calling again on that Tuesday to see if I could get someone to pick it up from my school and exchange vehicles. Well, they said someone was coming. This was 3:00 in the afternoon. Six o'clock comes around and no one has come to pick up my rental car. So, I call back and am sent, without brake fluid to the Enterprise at the airport. They get another vehicle. No one says anything about paying more money as this is part of an insurance settlement. When I got up this morning, I looked at my bank account, and there is a $70 charge. What the heck. This is not a company that is looking out for its company. This is a company that is ONLY looking out for itself. Nationwide insurance works with Enterprise. I have not been happy with them fixing my car either.

Exceptional customer service and patience with our rental though a difficult insurance claim. Assistant manager, Andrew Wilson deserves 10 gold stars. He's extremely nice, personable & attentive. Couldn't have done it without him. He's a gem! Thank you very much.

Great experience, after I went to the store in person. Reason for 4 stars is that no one answered the phone, but when I was there in person employees were great!

I could never get then to answer the phone. Rented car through my insurance app. Called the headquarters to get them to call and they told me they would get them to call me back, didn't happen. 20 year military and used enterprise everywhere, Pawleys Island SC is the worst, will never use them again. At least have a answering machine.Car smells stale, like the upholstery was cleaned and the closed the doors and let it dry, had to buy febreeze to be able to drive it.And charge me 1 day extra, when they had the car when it opened, still can't get them on the phone to get corrected.Use Hertz if you need a car in Pawleys Island SC.

I lost my money clip while on vacation at Litchfield Beach, SC. I rented a car from Enterprise, Pawleys Island while my car was in the shop. Jim, at Enterprise called me several days later to tell me my money clip had been found in the car during cleaning.

"We open at 8am." Fine...made reservation, but if you're there after 8am no car. NO ONE said BE HERE at 8 or you will lose your reservation. I will never use Enterprise again.

I reserved a car from this location as it was about $600 cheaper vs picking up at the airport. I was nervous after reading some reviews that they wouldn’t have a car when I got there. I tried calling the Friday before for several hours before I was able to get through to someone at the location. I was told yes my car would be there. I showed up Monday and picked up my car (Kia soul). I had no issues and customer service was excellent. I would definitely rent a car from this location in the future.

Absolutely terrible!!! Our plane was delayed to the point that on our day of our reservation (Monday) the place was closed so we went first thing in the morning on Tuesday. After taking a 40 minute Uber to get there we learned that they had given our car way and never sent us an email or call about the cancellation which is company policy. After trying to get any car there they responded that they didn’t even have enough cars for the people going in that day. This is extremely unprofessional. People are counting on these services for a number of reasons and put their trust in this company. We were stranded there for 2 hours trying to look for another car rental but the majority didn’t have cars available. We ended up finding one close to our hotel so we had to take another 40 minute Uber back. Wasted tons of time and more money looking for a last minute option due their methods. Will not be trusting them again.

Jim went above and beyond for myself and my family and made the process of getting a rental car after someone slammed into me so very easy. He handled so much for us and kept us updated on what was going on. Thank you so much Jim for everything!
