Heuser Ace Hardware has to be one of the nicest hardware store I have shopped at over the years. Employees and very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They do not push a certain product on you, it’s your decision. I enjoying going to Heuser Ace over the larger chain type hardware stores.

They worked on my Ego self-propelled lawnmower. I was expecting a sizeable bill, but the work was done under warranty and I even received part of the initial fee back. Great work and very reputable. I would highly recommend them for your needs.

I love Ace Hardware! I visited the Heuser Ace while on vacation and it is definitely one of the best Ace Hardware stores I have been to. They have a huge selection of Green Egg, Weber, Stanley cups and a great selection of bird houses and home gifts! I bought several products and when I got back to TN, I needed to return one of the items. I could not find my receipt and my local Ace was unable to pull the receipt with my phone number. John at Heuser went above and beyond to find the receipt and email it to me so that I could make my return. Not only a great store by 10/10 on customer service! Griling, gardening or home goods they have you covered and with excellent customer service!
