Worked with Jacob on a new house loan. I worked with him from a different state but I never had to worry about anything. He always picked up the phone, never rushed me through anything, and made sure I understood what was going on at each step. He even drove a decent amount of time to attend the closing. Should I need help with financing in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to get Jacob's help again.

Jacob has been a great loan officer for both the clients I represent and myself! He has helped negotiate deals at the last minute and has looked for every available loan option to best fit the buyer! He is great with following up with future clients and with keeping me in the loop through the entire process! I will definitely try and use him for each of the future sales I have!

Jacob was very helpful and communicative. He kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. He was there to answer my texts or calls at any hour of the day. He was on top of everything and did everything to make sure that we closed on time. 10/10 recommend!
