Patrick recommend CataClean a catalytic converter cleaner after I received a diagnosis from a Ford Dealer that I needed both converters and oxygen sensors replaced on my Ford truck. He stated that he had good luck using on several BMW’s. We’ll, I’m posting today to tell y’all that it worked. After clearing the codes with a borrowed OBD2 tool the check the check engine was gone when I next started the truck. He emphasized to strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions and I did.Thanks Patrick, you now have a new customer!

Had a nail in a tire. Called, got in right away and it didn't cost a fortune. Definitely recommend them and will trust any future repairs with them because their service is great!

My front brakes went out on my way to the beach. I was there Monday at 8am extremely worried they wouldn’t be able to fix it before I left Wednesday morning. Not only did Pawleys Island Auto Center fix my brakes in time, but they awesome were extremely polite, experienced and knowledgeable. This was one of the best car service experiences I have ever had!

Ridiculous pricing, overcharges for labor and parts. Screwed my fiance and I out of 1500 dollars after cutting off parts and ordering an extra part without consent.. do NOT go to this ship. As a matter of fact, run as far away as possible..would give a -5 if I could

While vacationing our battery light came in. Patrick and his team saved the day! We needed a new alternator & voltage regulator. Fortunately they were able to get the parts delivered as we waited. A short 2.5 hours later we were go to go! It clear from our observations of them with other clients that they really know what they're doing.

While on Vacation in Pawleys, we had an accident where we drove into the back end of a pickup truck. The trailer hitch punctured the radiator, compressor and lots of other parts. This was on a tuesday. We needed to drive back to NH on saturday. Patrick and his team ordered Audi parts and pulled off a miracle to get the car drivable by friday night. The technicians do quality work and there is no one better than Patrick to run the business, set expectations and keep everyone calm and cool. Went in to find out that my water pump needed to be completely replaced, they ordered the parts and went to start replacing it but they immediately noticed that my pully was messed up and needed to be replaced as well since it had started shredding my belt. This is a very honest business and the amount for the repairs was very reasonable considering labor fees and taxes on top of the actual parts. Dropped my car off Monday/Tuesday had it ready today for me (Friday) by 3pm so I was able to have a vehicle to drive to get to work! I will continue to come back if I have anymore issues with my VW Eos. I am extremely impressed with the business and the hard work they put in to not only fix my vehicle but to make sure I had it back in a decent time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Patrick at Pawleys Auto Center was a real life saver. Crankshaft sensor went on my car two days before we had to drive home to NJ.Even though the garage was really busy, they were able make space for me to diagnose and fix the problem. Repair was reasonably priced and no run around.I would definitely recommend Pawleys Auto Center.
