My boyfriend and I went in today. There was a Hispanic man buying gas, the older lady, probably in her 60’s, was extremely rude to him. He couldn’t speak English very well, she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. After he left, she checked us out and was making racial remarks. One of them being “he needs to go back to Mexico so we don’t have to interact”. This interaction made me extremely uncomfortable and angry. I hate that this woman was even comfortable enough in the workplace making comments like this. Any other time we’ve been in and had other people it was a good experience, one of them being Josh. But this lady does not need to work in a public place with that attitude.

I stopped by here around 8pm on a Sunday evening to gas up while traveling to NC from GA. It is conveniently located off the highway, for a quick detour. It is 10 cent cheaper for using cash vs credit. I was able to get an additional 10 cent off using my fuel rewards. I’m surprised I got the cash price as I used my debit card at the pump. No complaints!
They have a hunts pizza inside the location if you’re wanting some food. I went inside to use the restroom and grab something to drink as I had 3 more hours on my trip. The restroom wasn’t the cleanest but also wasn’t the nastiest. There was a sign on the restroom saying that the restrooms are for customers only, which is odd, in my opinion, considering the location. They had a few sales on beverages. I got 2 Gatorade zero for $5. The male cashier was very friendly.

Two different pumps wouldn't read or release my card. After yanking my card out of the pump I used it to prepay inside. The attendant was friendly and got me on my way.

This place is ridiculous. The older lady who works in there has no business working in a public place. She needs to be in a place where no one has to see her rude self. She has the nastiest attitude and acts miserable and just makes having to stop at this store a miserable experience. It is so funny to me everytime I call about a hunts pizza if a female is on the clock something is always wrong to the point they can't make the pizza but let me call and a male is working I goet the best service and they are happy to oblige so wonder what the difference is?

Half the pumps don't take cards the other half touch screen doesn't work.Can never get in and out like you'd want.

I travel a lot for business and this Shell constantly has the best gas. High octane levels.

i came in and purchased one item and there was another customer in front of me so the old lady with short hair and glasses next to the other cashier said “i can help you here” and then asked me “cash or card” i said “cash” and then she said “sorry i can’t take cash” and then i said “okay that’s fine i’ll do card” right after that she said “well which is it?” with the nastiest attitude, like don’t offer to help me if you couldn’t??? like what was the point of that. so i just went to the other cashier and let him check me out.
