Don't expect them to ever answer the phone. When I put my mail on hold, it was delivered. When I went over there and canceled it, it was put on hold. Finally got that straightened out, and now only select packages are on hold. If the rest of the US government is run like this place, we are in bad shape.

I wish to god they would stop putting so much junk mail in my mailbox. What am I supposed to do with it?! Fill my trash can up with it all??! I have to clean my mailbox little by little to get rid of all the stupid junk I don’t want! I don’t want to be told to contact the companies and ask them to stop sending!
With that being said I had a few packages that said “delivered” to mailbox but instead of leaving a key in my mailbox I opened the box to discover it completely empty NO note of holding mail or nothing! I am livid! If you want to be tht way stop delivering junk mail!!!! Mind you the junk mail is from places I have never had anything to do with!!!!!! Idc what you get paid to deliver!!!!
UPDATE it's the 18th and package still NOT delivered i hate usps!!

The mail delivery driver keeps delivering my packages to spearman rd even though the package clearly says spearman dr. I've called and made a complaint about a month ago just for it to happen again today. I shouldn't have to drive to get my package bc someone isn't reading properly.

We stopped by to get the passport application for my son. We have no appointment. Yet Jodie kindly helped us. Everything was fast and smooth. I really appreciate finding persons like him.

I’m not sure exactly what has been going on with the mail carrier or postal service in this area for the last couple of months but now that we are way past the holiday season which I expected to be somewhat delayed per usual that time of the year, BUT I have had informed delivery for my address since I have lived here! With that being said, I have NEVER had any issue with receiving what is posted through informed delivery on time or any other issues other than upon first moving to this address getting the old resident’s mail, but that was quickly resolved upon speaking to the post office manager who was very helpful and prompt to fix the issue! But I’m not sure if we have a new carrier, post office manager, or whatever the case is but I am missing NUMEROUS mail pieces and IMPORTANT mail at that!! I click that I didn’t receive it, but it doesn’t seem to do much because I still have yet to see, but ONE of the few I have marked missing and when receiving that one it was COVERED in permanent marker all over the front of the envelope as if it had been placed in the wrong box, sent back with a note, and that note marked out with black marker! I can only assume my missing mail is being thrown into the wrong box and either never returned or carrier is doing away with it 🤷🏻♀️ whatever the case may be even calling the main office number I got nothing but attitude and the lady telling me, “informed delivery is only an estimate, it can say that from the main office but then your local office handles it from there!” She was a “ray of sunshine” and it only got “better” when I spoke up saying I had informed delivery for YEARS at MULTIPLE addresses and this was NEVER an issue before now! And upon seeing multiple social media posts about the same issue in my area I’m wandering WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OUR MAIL IN PELZER?!?

My mail is not getting delivered to me or to the places I'm sending it to. Had to pay two separate late fees this week because mail didn't get received. Mail was sent out 11 days prior to due dates. Is someone stealing my mail? Is it getting thrown away? Or is it getting lost? Idk because no one will answer the phone, and the automated system doesn't give me the option to inquire about this problem. This has happened on several occasions in the past year. I am very disappointed with the united states postal system.

I called 4-5 local post offices on a typical Friday, no holidays, trying to get information on a pass port application and each post office simply let the phone ring for over a minute straight before eventually letting the phone hang up. I called each one several times in a row, and began to think it was a holiday or something. I called the Pelzer office, and Jodie picked right up after a few rings, was friendly, informative, and great to deal with. Pelzer is putting the other offices to shame.

Been using this office for mail daily for years as my company do business through USPS... Also did my family's passports there... Jodie is and absolute ninja and ALWAYS helpful.... I would drive past another office to come here as they care about the people they serve....

they keep delivering packages to the wrong address, number for the address are clearly posted on our doors but somehow the carrier is being careless and not paying attention to the addresses. This is not mine and it will just sit there till its picked up.. I tried calling but no one answers the phone at the post office.

I locked myself out of my car and it was right at 11:30 I just wanted to to ask them if if they were on the counter. I could hear them talking through the wall and I asked my question about the keys but they continued to ignore me. It's sosimple to be human and help others. Obviously if someone's knocking they probably have a non mail related issue. I understand it's lunch break but I would never ignore someone asking a simple question of whether or not my keys are on the desk.
