“Mr. Brown, in the office had great customer service and displayed the southern hospitality that used to be present in the South. They were quick enough, considering 2 cars were in front of me. Prices reasonable. However, the guy in the shop put on my tire and never checked my psi so he filled it up too much. The horn on my car even beeps when the tire being filled matches the others, and it was still very overfilled compared to my other tires.
I would still go back and do recommend them, but as a customer I know that I have to be a bit more proactive about the services I receive.
