Visited multiple places looking for a replacement, no luck. Decided to try R&R. I’ve never purchased anything from them. Showed them my issue. The young man behind the desk walked into the shop, came back, shook my hand and sent me on my way. Problem solved. That’s Customer Service.”

“Should have purchased my radiator from Gerald instead of online. My online purchase arrived damaged and the replacement was damaged in a different way. I have since learned that the boxes radiators come in are not sufficient for shipping directly to consumers. I took one of my new damaged radiators to Gerald and he was able to replace the cracked plastic tank with a new OE GM part. 7000 miles later and after 100F temps through mountain passes in the West, the repaired radiator has zero issues. Next time I will purchase directly from Gerald and save the hassle of multiple re-installs.”

“I highly recommend Callaham's. They are the best of the best, most affordable, thorough, helpful, friendly and responsive people I have ever dealt with. Three garages quoted us over 1500 for a repair and they had all misdiagnosed the problem. This includes the dealership! Wechecked with them and they knew exactly what was wrong, quoted $100 and ultimately, charged less than that because it didn't take quite as long as anticipated. We have had at least one Nissan in our family for 10 years, and due to the reliability of them, as well as the very pleasant experience we had in purchasing our Rogue, we intend to keep it that way, and will go to Grainger Nissan again. Mr. Blue was a treasure as well. They both have the empathy that is lacking and much needed nowadays in sales.
