“I was searching for just the right Jeep when I came across an ad on marketplace. I reached out and receive immediate response back from Zay Manley. He truly listened to what my needs and wishes were in a jeep. When we met my first impression was, he was so young and I worried about an inexperienced sales person, however, my experience was completely the opposite. He was very knowledgeable, but most importantly, he listened to what was important. When I arrived, he had multiple jeeps for me to look at with different options available to me to meet my needs pulled up
front. He wasn’t pushy like most sales people and other dealerships that I had dealt with. The excellent customer service didn’t stop there. We felt so at ease with Zay my brother was looking around at jeeps while we were talking and the next thing I know we are looking at purchasing two jeeps. Alexander, Zay’s sales manager, came up and introduced himself and got us the deal that worked for us all. He didn’t stop there though, he continued to check on us throughout the experience to make sure our needs were met at every point . I was dreading the paperwork process since we were purchasing two vehicles, however again to my surprise, we were introduced to Jeff and with over 30 years of experience he had us in and out in no time. The customer service didn’t stop there at the dealership, Zay Reached out twice, checking on our experience, making sure everything was meeting our expectations. He also put me in contact with some professionals that could help with after market installs I was wanting. Kenny, another Sales Manager, reached out to assist me and made sure all our needs were met as well. What more can anyone ask for? I highly recommend Zay and the entire team management team there! Excellent commutation throughout, knowledgeable, lots of options, fair, and great communication.”

“We recently received a Brochure from Anderson Ford regarding their servicing options for our Lincoln. We took them up on the service offer of picking up our car at our home and returning it again after the service was completed.
It is a wonderful service, our car was picked up at the time arranged with the service department and returned after it was completed, and in addition our car was cleaned and carpets vacuumed.
Throughout the process we were kept informed and were consulted regarding work that was imminent to allow us to decide if we wanted to do it while the car was in the shop.
Every person we dealt with in the process was professional and friendly and we would thoroughly recommend this service.”

“What great experiences both times I came to Stoney's for some help w welding, yet not on an exhaust system. I use a SS paddle as my boiled peanut turner/stirrer and the paddle end was almost completely broken off after much use. I went to Stoney's to see if it could be re-attached w a weld and they not only did it quickly while I waited, but also modified it for me because it came as straight when initially purchased, but really needed the paddle to be at a 45° angle so I could fold the peanuts as opposed to just stirring which was challenging when straight. After 2 years and lots of use in my salt brine it needed welded again, and this time they manipulated the steel, kept the angle, and made it even sturdier than the first time. What a great guy, honest and affordable! Thank you Stoney's.”

Found the problem in my vehicle within the hour, located and ordered the part that was discontinued. “The lady and gentleman were so nice and helpful. I am visiting this area and my car had VSC and Check Engine light on. Although they are running on appointment only, once they heard that I have 900 miles ahead of me, the gentleman immediately told me that he will help run a code check see if something serious or not. He not only checked and cleared the code, he also did a quick engine oil level check. He told me might just be a sensor malfunction and I should be okay continue driving my car. And he did all these for free! Thank you so much for taking the worry off me.”

I love how they have a courtesy service that will take you to get breakfast while you want on your car. The staff is willing to explain everything in detail if you have questions or don’t quite understand something.”
