“I have been using Action Auto for over 20 years and have had nothing but praise for the people who work there and the owner. Don and Beth have retired but left the business in great hands and still in the family. They do excellent work and are up front with you. Four years ago, I moved to a city 30 miles away and I still take my car to Action Auto to be worked on. Just yesterday, I had to have both driver and passenger side CV axles replaced in my Highlander. When I got back home, I noticed a leak of some type. It was after hours, so I took it back this morning. I know things happen unexpectedly and I also knew that if I could not have driven it back, they would come get my car. The issue I had was how to get to work, which was 13 miles away. The owner, without hesitation, told me he will take me and he will come and get me when the car is ready. Never a convenience when you are without your car, but this group of people make sure you are not inconvenienced anymore than you have to be!”

“This is my go to place for tires, alignments and other car repairs. They always treat everyone great, they know what they are doing and in the rare cases they are not sure, they research it and make sure they do it correctly. I had some work done on a Tesla they hadn't done before and I had to wait a day while they researched it. They did a great job on it.”
“What great experiences both times I came to Stoney's for some help w welding, yet not on an exhaust system. I use a SS paddle as my boiled peanut turner/stirrer and the paddle end was almost completely broken off after much use. I went to Stoney's to see if it could be re-attached w a weld and they not only did it quickly while I waited, but also modified it for me because it came as straight when initially purchased, but really needed the paddle to be at a 45° angle so I could fold the peanuts as opposed to just stirring which was challenging when straight. After 2 years and lots of use in my salt brine it needed welded again, and this time they manipulated the steel, kept the angle, and made it even sturdier than the first time. What a great guy, honest and affordable! Thank you Stoney's.”

“The lady and gentleman were so nice and helpful. I am visiting this area and my car had VSC and Check Engine light on. Although they are running on appointment only, once they heard that I have 900 miles ahead of me, the gentleman immediately told me that he will help run a code check see if something serious or not. He not only checked and cleared the code, he also did a quick engine oil level check. He told me might just be a sensor malfunction and I should be okay continue driving my car. And he did all these for free! Thank you so much for taking the worry off me.”

“I took my car in for an oil change and to check on a leaking valve stem and rotate the tires on Friday July 17th. This service Took about 4 hours for them to do because they were busy looking for things to charge me for. They never could figure out the leaky valve they said I needed all new tires immediately and about $3,000 worth of other things. My car was having no issues as it has been taken care of. When I declined the other services I was asked why very aggressively and rudely. The tires were still under warranty from where I had purchased them previously and they said the tires were still had good tread when I left and went straight to them. So they lied!! I am a female and they were trying to get more money out of me. I also paid for a tire rotation I do not think they were rotated because there were no hand prints on 3 of the 4 rims. Only 1 tire was touched. Go at your own risk.
Update the company reached out and offered to check on the issue.”
