We’ve taken my son’s Jeep here twice, and both times the work was done promptly and professionally. The customer service is excellent. The pricing is fair and they’re honest, reliable, and truly stand behind their work. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I brought my vehicle in to have the thermostat replaced, expecting a simple fix. Unfortunately, when I got it back, it was running hot—and now it won’t even crank. This is extremely frustrating, as it left me worse off than before. I expected better care and attention to detail. Definitely disappointed in the service.

Have been getting work done here for years and have always found them to be honest and upfront which is getting harder to find in a garage these days. Had to come in for some last minute work before a road trip and was grateful they could fit me in same day. Quality of work has always been good and the pricing is spot on what it should be.

Was recommended to go to Buddys due to a great concern on my truck. Buddys gave me a call telling me what was wrong and I decided not to go through with the work due to the steep price for what would be a simple spark plug and ignition coil replacement. All Buddy’s did was run a diagnostic test and the total still came out to be $120. I get that money is needed to be made, but I could have gone to auto zone to have this done for free. If you want people who truly want to help you, this may not be the place for you.

Front desk people very nice and respectful. Had a problem with my car, Bud reached out to me personally and constantly worked with me until he figured out what was going on, fixed it. Very personable staff I apreciare what they done. Was recommended by a mechanic that passed, will be my suggested place moving forward.

My son is a student at Clemson and his 2008 Accord's electrical system was acting up. Being out of town, it's challenging to find a good auto shop. Another shop actually recommended Buddy's and described them as honest. They replaced the Accord's alternator at a fair price and in a timely manner and had him back on the road quickly. Buddy's reputation for honestly and fairness is well-deserved. Would recommend.

My daughter is a student at Clemson and she was in the Pendleton area and her Jeep started smoking. I googled and found Buddy’s and she was about two miles away and made it to his shop on a Thursday afternoon around 4:00.
He ordered a new radiator and on Friday Hurricane Helene hit. My daughter really wanted her Jeep back and I told her on Monday it would be later on in the week if we are lucky. They texted my daughter that day that her Jeep was ready. They were able to repair everything with no power at their shop.
You can rarely find service like this. I know things lined up and fell in place. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
