Extremely disappointing experience. After a long 7-hour drive, I stopped to quickly grab a few items. I was parked, waiting for my wife. She took our dogs across the street to let them stretch their legs before we went in. Within minutes, a young employee came out and asked how long I had been parked. I explained the situation, but she told me I needed to leave or she would call the police—claiming she had already called them on someone earlier that day who ended up going to jail for sitting in the parking lot.
Her attitude was unnecessarily aggressive and completely uncalled for. Her time would be more productive cleaning the parking lot of the.trash, carts and totes.scattered.everywhere instead of harassing paying customers. Based on this encounter, I will not be returning to this location.

Location is closed frequently during normal business hours. The staff turnover is the highest I’ve ever seen at any business. Aisles are constantly cluttered. Prices are not tagged correctly and clerks become rude and indignant when brought to their attention politely.
Do yourself a favor. Take the 6 minute ride to the Sandy Springs location right down US 76 for a clean, organized store without ignorant staff. It’s an inconvenience but you know Dollar General corporate couldn’t care less.

Unreliable Operation: Is closed too frequently during posted business hours. Has only been open 1 out of the past 4 times that I went to make a purchase. In my opinion this location should be permanently closed.

This is my GO TO DG nowhere else in the area treats me and my family so kindly. The staff and management have changed and since then the store is incredibly clean and well stocked unlike the DG closer to me. I always find what I need and if I need help an employee is quick to react. As a fellow manager I have to say astonishing improvement is being made to this location. Keep it up!

This was the absolute worst store we have ever been in! The shelves were bare, we honestly thought they were closing the store down. Forget about being treated nicely, the workers were all so rude guess it was because we walked in on their smoking session. The management has changed hands several times and it just keeps getting worse! The parking lot is full of trash, the store is a complete mess. Will definitely be driving that extra 2 miles to shop in a very well stocked and clean store with friendly employees!

Says its not supposed to close till 10pm. Here it is 7:20pm on a Tuesday and they are closed. Had to drive even further just to find a store that was open. If they are not gonna be open maybe they just need to close this store down permanently.

The worst dollar general store I have been to, Pendleton SC. Shelves are usually empty and never organized and boxes are everywhere. I drive an extra 2miles to a better store.
