“Sunday afternoon was my very first visit. My friends at T-Mobile were helping me that afternoon and I asked if they knew a good place in Anderson for an oil change. They quickly recommended Take 5 so I decided to give them a try.
Upon entering I was warmly greeted and received such professional and courteous attention. This actually means a lot, especially as a female “senior” who on occasion had taken my car as well as my husband’s truck in for service. I immediately told my husband about my wonderful experience and I believe he will be coming soon as his truck is due for an oil change as well. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised when my windshield was cleaned; just as the technician told me, not only were my tires checked, but I’m very pleased to know I can also return for any additional fluids if needed. My time there was quick but thorough, which made it very easy for me to leave in plenty of time for my rehearsal with the Anderson Senior Follies at AU (come see us March 12-15.) After talking to him I felt more comfortable having him do the job because he was SO nice and explained things very thoroughly to me. “I ordered a starter from AutoZone and thought I would put it on myself. Turns out, I don't have time! S I called Priority to ask how much they would charge. Instead of telling me prices (like ALL of the other mechanics in the area) he worked with me over the phone to see if I REALLY needed my starter replaced. He determined that I probably had a bad battery and offered for me to come in and he would take a look at it. I was too far away, so he told me one of the parts stores could test my battery. Sure enough, it was my battery! Priority IS about the customer, even if they can't make any money from them! Unfortunately, we all have car troubles, and when I have a problem in the future, I will DEFINITELY be using them!! Thank you, sincerely, for saving me tons of money for parts and labor even though you got nothing out of it!”
