“This office puts the faith back into USPS!! I moved to Liberty a couple of years ago, and I'm so impressed with the customer service at this location. Any time I have a problem, the post master (I think her name is Julie)has fixed it right away. My mail carrier has always went over, and beyond. The supervisor that calls me back always explains things where I understand. My friends in the next town tell me they drive to this location just for the good customer service. Awesome office!!”

“This post office is the best post office I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They are courteous and professional, but still super friendly and go above and beyond to help you out if it is within their capabilities. I had to move out of their area and to another post office now, and let me tell you, it makes me miss this post office and their staff more and more! This crew should be training other local postal workers in the area on how it should be done!”

“Super convenient! I appreciate the kiosk where you can print off labels. Plus you can just drop the package in the parcel drop!
I would guess some of the bad ratings are due to staffing as it seems like they could use more help. When I was there they had a long line, but were working to get the people through. Everyone was nice and professional. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend the kiosk! Pleased with my visit!”

“Needed to request a reasonable disability accommodation, and the manager on 04/21/25 was one of the kindest, best managers I've ever encountered in my whole life! She thought of a solution to my dilemma, and then some... So very grateful - she was patient, really wanted to show goodness (and did), offered gentleness with how she considered solutions. Problem solved, hope this review prompts a raise for her, and she can offer more training advice for solutions based customer service in the future...”
