Very friendly, positive, honest, business. Employee Max was so helpful with our hedge trimmer, he knows his business, excellent #1+ service! I've been to several other Ace type stores in the area and non of them can even come close to the customer service we have received here!

Service and help is nonexistent even though people are standing around. Even person checking out was as unfriendly as possible. Just about thew the bag and receipt at me without a word.

They were out of stock on the items I came in to purchase. Asked an employee when it would be back in stock. I was told he didn’t know to come back at a later date and ask the guy who’s over that department! And he didn’t know when he would be in either.

The absolute best first job I could have asked for. Each person on the staff has far surpassed a familial relationship. If you are young I could not suggest a single job more. These people truly care about your health and life away from the job. In the year I spent working for Ace, it never once felt like a job, but more like a meetup with all of my buds! Truly a highlight for the entire town of Pickens county.

Propane tank broken. During the most CRITICAL time when Pickens community needed help Ace Hardware did not come to our aid. Staff reported their tank is broken and they do not know when it will be repaired. Staff uncaring and shows no concern about the problem.
