“What can I say about good old Wells Fargo? No matter which location I visit—whether it's Pickens, Easley, or Seneca—the staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Sure, they're a large bank, but I've always been treated with respect, and that's what matters most to me. Every now and then there might be a little confusion with things like naming my accounts, especially since I have several of them, but it's always been a minor issue and never anything that wasn't easily resolved.
Overall, I've had a positive experience with Wells Fargo over the years, and the customer service has been consistently good. For that, they get 5 out of 5 stars from me.”
