I have to say this has to be the most organized Dollar General I have ever been in. Let's be honest, most of them are a hot mess express with inventory all over the place. The dedication to organization and cleanliness was evident, and staff was super friendly and helpful. I commend you.

My sister in law Brittany Childress has the best customer service she is always helpful to everyone and she does her job to the best she can. I wanted to recognize her cause she would make a good assistant manager at the store cause she knows how to do everything and she does it correctly. She always works her schedule and plus she works doubles when people don’t want to work and or they call out they can always count on Brittany.

The manager of this store is very rude and threatened to ban us because she claims we weren't following directions. i went to this store with my family for many years and this time my mom went for a return and we were shopping before a return and this happened 1 time before and we did not know so she said *your not allowed in my store because you can't follow directions* and *this is the last time your coming in my store* and she claims ''my store'' its not her store and this was a very unreasonable ban. I felt very un welcomed and didn't even feel like taking the stuff we had bought so i took it fast and she claims ''my store'' it's not her store and this was a very unreasonable ban. so I had to give her a piece of my mind and i said *you are being very rude and just and being racist. And she denies that and I confront her behavior and leave. I thought to myself, Nobody wants to go to a store with a manager with rude behavior like that. I might just tell the police this because we have to go there to get a lot of our stuff.

Was traveling through the town and had to pick up a few things and the shorter old ladie working on July 15th around 3:30 was very rude towards me and my family from the time the doors open. She threatened to ban me for life for a 6 year old running in to the door while having fun. She stated that we were trying to break the door. We didn't feel welcome and will not visit this location again.

I went out of my way to shop this Dollar General because I was told they had Spring Decor out, however, once arriving I was disappointed. The spring decor was out but the store was in disarray and challenging to even navigate. I continued to browse, picked out a couple items since I drove all the way there and once I arrived at checkout the cashier insisted she scan the RedBull Energy drink I walked in the store with. I assured her I bought it at the store I was in prior to this one (Walmart) and she went on to call the manager (Rebecca) over to accuse me of stealing it from their store. I was advised food or drinks were not allowed in their store and there should be a sign on the door telling me that. Needless to say, I will not be back to Dollar General, especially this one. There were other people shopping at their leisure with drinks in their hand that nothing was said to.

The one on Ann Street "They Rock"!! Thank you, ladies, for having smiles on your face no matter what kind of day it is. The ladies that works there are always going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and if you can't find it they will help you with no problem ❤ Thank you, ladies
