“This is a private gym, so the access to it is members only. It was easy to sign up. It's very affordable for single person and family memberships. The machines are a but older but are kept in good working order. There is a nice variety of music playing that is not the harsh techno/house music you typically hear in gyms. Staff reliably returns messages and phone calls. They have been welcoming and very helpful. There is a sauna too! I was told there are some personal trainers, although as expected, that is not included in your membership. There is no contract either.”
“Extremely friendly. Owner and others. The happiest environment to work out in. And surprisingly has everything you could possibly need equipment wise. I go at 8 am and have yet to wait for a machine. Highly recommend”
“Best and most Christian locatin I've bern to all three but this is the only location that plays his radio all day. Positive staff, shout out to the classes and instructors you rock. Shane is forever inspiring us to keep going. Great kids facilities and program.”
