Jeff has been incredibly helpful, fair and fast. Over the course of the last year or so he has repaired my chainsaw and done several repairs to my zero turn mower, each of which was ready for use much faster than I expected. So glad to have found him!

I had a steering issue with my John Deere. I also got a battery and had my blades sharpened. He fixed her up in a timely matter. I will only recommend him. I wished 10 stars was an option, because I would give him a 10 out of 10. Thank you again.

Jeff walks you through the entire process. The thing that stood out with me when inquiring was he listened to what I explained about the zero turn and immediately knew and thoroughly checked for an ongoing problem or something that may be causing the issue.It was quite obvious in his discovery that the place I had it before didnt check anything other than the issue at hand. It took them a week and a half and they stock these parts in their store plus I had made an appt. I couldn't get clear answers and felt jerked around by them in fact I had to call back to chase it down. Thats a worry when you have a whole lot to mow.Jeff was honest, communicated well, explained everything thoroughly and even helped to guide us to things we can do to keep our mower running smoothly. He was quick and fair as well.Service is so important and seems rare today. In fact, I called two other local small businesses and didnt hear back till a couple days later, one I had used before for a push mower and chain saw and one was a mobile business. Its good to know you can drop your mower off somewhere (actually it was picked up and delivered), get it fixed thoroughly, in an efficient manner, gain a little knowledge and not have to worry all while paying a fair price. He cared enough to get it back the next day. My 6 acres and dog are happy and smiling. So am I.

I called Jeff on Monday of this week he did not know me, he came by to pick up my mower in less then 30 minutes. He repaired my mower had it running great, cleaned it for me had it back to me Wednesday evening. The repair prices were excellent too! I would highly recommend Tuning Point to anyone who needs their mower or small engine repaired. Jeff is a really good guy!!

Jeff worked on our old 4 wheeler that need some repairs and it is running great now. He even washed it for us! We will definitely use him in the future for any repairs for our 4 wheeler or lawn mower.
