The post person can't seem to deliver my packages to my actual address or even to my mailbox. This has been a continuous problem throughout the entire Christmas season & I can't get anyone on the phone about it. So packages are just lost I guess. It can either say left in mailbox or at my house but neither will ring true. This hasn't been a problem in the past, only when I began to order a lot of stuff. Are they keeping my packages for themselves? Leaving it at the wrong house or mailbox? Either way it's a problem. DoorDash can always find my address but the post office can't.

The mail staff for my location is purposely ignoring my home. I have recordings of her skipping our home daily. I signed up for informed delivery so I know I have mail and packages that are supposed to be arriving and I always get an email saying can not be delivered due to mailbox clearance. Today I recorded her skipping our house and screen recorded my phone as it updated to no access to delivery. We have an at home caregiver for my mother In law because she has cancer and she parks on one side of our culdesac exactly the distance of a 2010 ford focus and a half away from the mail box ( 26.78 ft). To make sure there is enough clearance for her. I've even recorded myself pulling up to the mail box in my expedition to show there is more than enough room for her to access the mail box, without reversing her car to leave. I've got her on recording skipping our house not even attempting to try the mail box while also watching and recording her driving up my neighbors drive way to deliver mail to the front door. We have had issues with her in the past about ignoring our house and she continues to do so without fail. I will be up to the city post office for Pickens sc, 29671 speaking to whoever is in charge. To report in person and file a charge. The older model of usps carrier vehicles is about 14.6 feet with the newer ones being 19.6 feet long. She has ample space to do her job and she refuses to deliver to my home

The worst postal service. The mailperson shoves packages in the mail box that clearly doesn't fit, on multiple occasions messing up paperback books for toddler. Just this weekend the mail box/post were replaced due to a company backing into it. Thursday through Saturday none of our mail was brought to the front door. The mail person had put our driveway was not accessible. One package being way to big to even fit(playpenformy1yearold). Throughout this entire time my husband and I have been driving in-out of our driveway. It is absolutely ridiculous. Dont brother calling because they do not answer. Ever.
Update i had a perishable package delivered on 10/8/25 that was suppose to be delivered to my door. It was not. It was out in the mailbox and I got the next day(10/9/25. The item(mixberryseamoss) is bad, it was $47.00. Went to the office since no one picked up the phone, was told the supervisor would call me back. That person has not called yet but I have called numerous times today 10/10/25 and no one is picking up. I am going back there later today.

Very professional and accommodating staff. I had a passport application appointment and didn’t have to wait an extra minute. They were punctual and quick. I’m sure this will be the post office I’ll be using for any future appointments. Highly recommended!

Most incompetent staff ever. I sent a parcel and on the receipt it stated the wrong country. When asked why, the attendant just shrugged but couldn't explain.

Would leave a no star but it’s not offered!!! Just like the answer to why my mail or packages are Never delivered, or put in the right mail box!!! Have been to post office numerous times and even spoke to the lady that brings the mail!! The mail lady dont even know why my mail can’t get in right mail box!!! That being said!!!! She has no clue of her job description!!!! Something I don’t think would be my answer to someone wonting to know why there mail ( bank statements) are being put in every ones mail box!!! But mine!!!

I have been in the Six Mile Ridge community, within the Pickens zip code. For the past 3 years. Mail has been consistently miss assigned to houses. The route drivers can't figure out the difference between Long View Ln and Long View Ct. And house 203 vs 205,207, 209. Every Day! My neighbors and I play meet up to sort our mail properly. And I will be lodging a compliant with National and local branches. USPS, you have to get this figured out.

On hold with acustomer service currently. I am a very rural customer. Seems like EVERYTIME I have a package that won't fit in the mailbox, it gets delivered DAYS after the usps tracking says. This has been going on a while. I think my carrier doesn't want to get out and put it on the porch! Isn't this a shipping service???????????? I am beyond livid. If it happens once, fine....we are going on 8 times here! So ridiculous!!! Ill be in touch with the post Master first thing Monday morning! My tracking plainly says on truck, out for delivery. Carrier put a flyer in my mailbox and drove away!

Went in for a “trivial review” for my passport. Walked inside and immediately felt like I was bothersome for Chris. He seemed to not want to help us. He looked like he was irritated. His demeanor and attitude was rude to the point even my kid noticed. I am ok with being told I didn’t do something the right way but when you can’t show sympathy at at least respect that bothers me. You can tell me a million times “I’m sorry but you have to have this” and I’m fine with that. When the customer service goes from annoyed to I’m content I can’t help you, that’s irritating. Will not go back there!

Feel sorry for them don't have enough help always have to stand in a line especially from lunchtime till close which is 3:30!!!!!
