My appointment time was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I arrived early around 8:00 AM. They took me right away, assigned me a dock immediately, and started unloading without any delay. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
I especially want to mention the employee in the red sweater — very polite and respectful. He personally came out, took my paperwork, and clearly showed me which dock to back into. That kind of service makes a big difference for drivers.
