I've never been to a pharmacy and somebody come up to the register with an attitude and because I didn't sign in she made it a point to point at the sign that says customers must sign in. I said well they need to turn that sign around so people can read it hey she just automatically says well. I can't help you. They need to fire the people out there in that pharmacy find somebody that can help people

The CVS never have deals like others CVS stores. Several coupons won't apply! When approached this with the manager the answers was we don't have to, not even attempting to help.

This has got to be the worst case you could ever go to . Nobody ever answers the phone amd when u leave messages nobody calls u back. This place is terrible amd I will ne switching pharmacy's. Even if u was on deaths door this place amd the people could care less.

This is THE, absolutely WORST CVS I've ever done any business with.
They don't care to hear ANYTHING you have to say.
You could feel like your on deaths doorstep and they still treat people badly.
I've wrestled over the last four years whether or not to file a complaint with the BBB about this one store.
Today, solidified the final decision.

The manager a young lady named Mahayla Griffin had a big smile and warm welcome as I was scrambling to find the items I needed and then helping me decide which would be the best option for the price. She was so kind and patient with me never shaming me for asking so many questions. Her customer service has made me a loyal customer for life 🧬

I have been using this CVS daily for a few weeks to drop off UPS packages for pick up (access point).
The staff in front has always been helpful, polite and personable, even when I come in with my arms loaded down at Christmas time!
I'll miss them when I can get UPS to start pick ups at my business.

You can’t even call in to talk to the pharmacy, you get to leave a voicemail and they’ll call you back if needed as soon as 1 hour.
I’m moving my prescriptions.

Extremely rude customer service from a women. She was attending another white women when I arrived it was 1:30pm she said they close at 1:30. I needed this medication today and she wouldn’t bother to take 10 seconds to get it. Extremely rude and unprofessional about handling this small request. There was nobody on line behind me.
