Found this company online, as they were the only store that carried a particular western style, somewhat pricey belt that my 23 year old son had asked for for Christmas. Parents out there, if you have a child this age, you know, it is very difficult to get them to pin anything down that they want. Placed my order in mid December and received a confirmation email the same day. Was so proud of myself and my purchase and looking forward to seeing my son’s excitement on Christmas. Didn’t think much about it until it was the week before Christmas and I still hadn’t received the belt yet. Panicked, I searched my email. Buried deep in it was a message that I had overlooked. It had come two days after I ordered the belt, advising that the belt was now OUT OF STOCK !!!!Btw, I am disabled, so it is difficult for me to get out to go shopping. I now had three days to get something ordered to replace this present for my son.I understand things happen, but what kind of establishment are you guys running? It takes you two days to figure out you don’t have something in stock??? Beware of this company, as clearly they have a serious problem with keeping up with their inventory!!!
