This pharmacists dropped the ball again, Scarlet owens hydrocodone/ acetaminophen was filled on 1/13/25, this pharmacists needs to be fired, hydrocodone/ acetaminophen was supposed to be filled on 2/12/25 look at the place where you write prescription down, we are moving our prescriptions to CVS, basically she says I'm not telling her the truth, look at your paper where you write down the date, prescription, who picked it up, I picked it up for her last month and I know it wasn't on the 20th, this pharmacists doesn't know what she's doing or they made a mistake, in either case, she want admit it

Nolan my cashier was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me ship my FedEx package and print out the label as well as helping other customers.

I just left the store. I was trying to purchase vitamins that were listed as bogo on the shelf got to the register and I was being charged for both. I told the cashier and showed her the label under the vitamins on the shelf. She calls the manager and manager asked to be shown on the shelf comes back to the register and still wouldn't fix the price. I finally j said just remove the vitamins and her response was i just want to make sure. I told her to forget it. The cashier was nice and sweet. It wasn't my fault they labeled their product incorrectly, it's false advertisement at this point. The manager was rude, with the personality of a stop sign. I frequently visit the Walgreens in Mauldin and on Augusta street. The customer service is Stellar. This one is horrible and oddly enough this one is closer to my home.

I am very Pleased with the Pharmacist when calling in. They are very Friendly and Helpful. The Drive thru is Fast and they are Pleasant also.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy in Walgreens on Anderson road is in real need of customer service class. Scheduled an appointment for our son for vaccination just to be told very unprofessionally that they don't even have the vaccination. Stephanie said hello and asked what I needed after letting her know she screamed something like : "Do we even have it here?" picked up the phone and let me stand there without any other explanation. Ten minutes later a younger woman with blonde should long hair( I asked for her name but she mumbled it and no name tag) told me and I quote: " yeah we don't have it" I did ask her what is her solution and if she could find out who has it. She responded call them and find out with most annoying attitude ever. Very unprofessional service ever!!!! But luckily not every Walgreens has this horrible service. THANK YOU WALGREENS ON AUGUSTA ROAD for finding for us the vaccine and who has it and do proper service!!

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Extremely rude and unhelpful. After several visits and giving them the benefit of the doubt they are consistently bad. Constant issues with insurance on their end and a rude and dismissive clerk that obviously hates her job and has no problem showing it. They don't know what they are doing so save yourself the time and headache and make the 5 min trip to CVS on Augusta rd.
