“I’ve always had excellent service at this store. Dr Mike and all of his employees are wonderful, but I was particularly impressed with an encounter I witnessed between Brianna and an elderly lady who was very confused about the process of sending her package. While some people would not have had the patience for this rather lengthy encounter, Brianna was entirely professional, composed, and diligent to see the process through to the end and answer all of the customer’s questions courteously and with no hint of impatience.

“My wife was worried when we had to go here to pick up a package that wasn't delivered. Needless to say, get experiences at Atlanta FedEx facilities have been pretty terrible. But not this one, it was as pleasant as Greenville itself. The lady writing the front counter was super friendly and helpful. We were super impressed!”
