The two employees that help us out,were great and took time to get us a phone till we get back home. It was nice to have folk like that care. And thanks to the two folks that for the good service. I wish I could remember there name .

We are T-Mobile customers for several years, we went there to explore trade in options or buy a new phone for me, but as another customer well said it, Brandon does not want to work there. He seemed off, his attitude was of a person who is not interested in selling a thing. We are on our way to another store where our business may be welcomed or simply terminate our accounts with T-Mobile if the case.

Brandon doesn't really want to work jerade the new manager I'm sure I spelled his name wrong but he was supposed to come out and help me and he stayed in the back smoking his vape the whole time I was there Justin the old store manager didn't give me my rebate and I'm getting charged for something supposed to I'm a 3 year customer I'm fixing to take my business somewhere else if it's not resolved this week

Still closed well after they're supposed to be open, and I'm only here today because when I went in yesterday the man said he was about to go on break and I needed to come back another time. All I need is a new sim card ?. so I will go to the Easley branch, which I do more and more lately

I don't know uhmmmm, couldn't help me with my problem website says they open at 10:00 then he says oh no we open at 11:00, I think he lied because he got there late ( just tell the truth you will b respected more for it)

Sales people were very nice but I turned in Two phones for credit on two lines and I saw them put them in a box to mail back. My bills have been too high and they are not giving me the $800 credit for each phone. Be vey wary to make sure they give you a receipt for your turned in phones. That is $1600 credit they robbed from me. I wonder how many other people they have done this way.

We were very glad to meet and work with Tony to transfer our business account to T mobile. Tony was patient, kind, and knowledgeable every step of the way. Happy with the decision!

Just wanted to share the amazing experience I had at T-Mobile. Tony, Toni, and Justin were so helpful through my transfer process with Verizon. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you all so much for being honest and helpful!P.S. Justin’s beard is better, but keep trying Tony you will get a luscious beard soon I believe in you!

Hands down - best customer service I’ve ever had at any cell provider. Justin, Christian, and Tony- kind, patient, knowledgeable, took so much time to help me find the right phone and plan. I’ve watched them engage with several customers over the couple times I’ve been there- and they treat everyone with respect. Actually called before coming, and store manager (Justin) talked to me on the phone for some time to help with the specific issue I had. Unbelievable- where else would that happen?! And, Tony and Christian were awesome!!! We switched from Verizon- sooo happy we did! Would recommend this store to anyone seeking quality customer service!
