Bought a bedroom set from here for my son for a really good price. We love it. When we saw the furniture in store it seemed to be a brighter color but once we set it up at the house it looked exactly like it did in the catalog. The lighting was making difference. Excellent customer service as well! Good quality furniture.

I am incredibly pleased with Sarah at Upstate Discount Furniture. I ordered two Ashley furniture pieces (a reclining sofa and two recliners) and was surprised that I was actually able to go through her and not the Ashley Homestore to get these pieces. She and her family delivered and set up the furniture for a very reasonable price. Almost a year later I had an issue with one of the recliners and she and her husband came by to check things out in hopes that I would not have to use my warranty. Her husband figured things out and the issue ended up being almost a user error type of thing. She does not have a ton of inventory at the warehouse, but if you find something online, I’m sure she can order it- and in my case it was cheaper than going through the Homestore. It’s hard to find good, honest service these days but she’s just that. Y’all go see her and support her local business! I will use her again if I need any furniture.

Got two queen sets delivered in the evening that are smaller than typical queen 60x80. I measured at the middle where it’s most rounded and still only 58x78. Called the store the next day and got yelled at by the owner Sarah who was nice when we shopped there. The response from her was all mattresses are different. (Wondering why and how they even have a standard size 60x80 if they gonna end up differently, what’s their margin of error? Is she selling all the bad ones that don’t pass inspection?) I said I rather got a bigger than a smaller one, if that’s the case. Of course she won’t budge or take it back even it’s just the next day after delivery. She gave me the number to the manufacturer, which no one answered. Totally disappointed with the money poorly spent there $926
