“I shopped here recently while on vacation, and was delighted to experience incredibly warm, attentive customer service in addition to the great quality TB clothing I have gotten used to at home in California. The best part of my recent experience was the prompt, friendly way the staff member handled an error I had called about after discovering it on my receipt after I had gotten back home. So many other retailers have slid into impersonal, uncaring approaches to customer service -- I was thrilled and touched to discover the total opposite at this Tommy Bahama outlet store. I'm eager to find a reason to travel back to the Hilton Head area just so I can shop at this store again!”

“I visited Serendipity when on vacation in Beaufort. Such a cute shop with GREAT items! I did not pick up the dress that I had tried on when I was there, and immediately regretted it when I returned home. Luckily, they have an online store, and I was able to get the dress shipped to me! I have purchased another dress online as well, and I'm so pleased with their offerings and the friendliness of their communication! I always check out their online items, and will definitely visit again when I am in Beaufort!”

“The store is good, they sell underwear. I wanted to take a second though and point out their employee Gavin, maybe he was manager, idk. He made what should have been a dull shopping experience into a great experience. He authentically greeted me with a coupon and made sure I knew he was there if I needed assistance. He was just super enthusiastic and full of energy. He conversed with every customer, even at the other register, but still remained speedy and efficient. Keep up the good work, your personality is getting rare to see these days!”

“Went in 20 minutes until closing. Employees were very sweet and welcoming when I entered, which is rare at most establishments like this. I only had a few things to grab, I’m not an inconsiderate person, I know they are ready to close when it’s time to close!
Love shopping here for many reasons but the employees are the top! Ross, you are lucky to have such great employees at this store!”
“I stumbled upon this store when they were tucked a little alleyway a couple months ago and found it to be very charming. I bought a "Sniffer Snacker " that is a mat with tufted fabric to feed my puppy. She absolutely loves to forage from it! The owner makes them in a variety of colors. Stop by and check this place out if you're ever in Beaufort. They're on Bay street now.”
“Picked up some great bargains in their Memorial day sale. Spent a lot but saved far more. As a Hilfiger Club member I get an extra 15% discount. Cameron was extremely helpful in finding my size in some sale items, even going checking in the stock room, making this a great experience at this store”

“First, I have to say the customer service is a standard all businesses should follow. I have never seen a company go so out of their way. Getting a call after hours to follow up on shipping to finding solutions to make sure we get our helmet for our trip. This company cares!!! Their helmets fit great, comfortable, and only 26oz. We love them! For DOT approved helmets and the comfortable fit, these helmets are priced competitively with their competition, if not a little better, Thank you, Blackbeard's, for all you have done for us,”

Emma, her sales leader is fairly new, but is a wonderful asset to American Eagle. When you have a good leader, it shows in the service you receive. Thank you.”
“Really enjoyed the selection along with sizes available. I find it common for my size missing or limited, but here everything was plentiful. The staff was supper friendly and made us aware of addition savings available. The tags say we can wash these garments less, and that is good because we have a well back home. That said, these are kinda dressy, so we would most likely keep them clean so im all spiffy for bussiness or pleasure.”
