The pharmacy has exceeded incompetence to arrive at total dysfunction. They lost my RX that I confirmed had arrived before I drove over. The pharmacy employees can't work the computer. While people are waiting in person the people constantly answer the phone ignoring waiting in person. I came here once before and was told they were out of network for me. When I checked with my insurance company on the issue they confirmed it was in network but that the attendant was so ignorant I would be better off at another pharmacy. Hope this saves you some time and frustration.

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy ever. I have several prescriptions with them. CVS is supposed to text me to let me know when the prescriptions are ready. On my last 3 renewals I have been texted to tell me my prescriptions are ready. So I then drive 45 minutes to the pharmacy to pick them up and I am told they are not ready and to come back in an hour. I went home andcalled to be sure they would be done when I get there. After 35 minutes on hold and was told they are working on it. How long does it take to put 30pills in a bottle. When I complained about the fact that I had been texted by CVS the prior day with the message "your prescription is ready for pickup", I was told "the Pharmacy has nothing to do with the texts". Oh silly me. I should have known a text from CVS has nothing to do with the Pharmacy at CVS.I guess my time means nothing to CVS

I've been going back-and-forth with the pharmacy and the insurance company to try and get my generic generic medication filled there's no copayment I've been taking you for 15 years I can't go out of network and go to a different pharmacy because they have a high copayment I'm stuck with CVS because they're own my insurance company so after going back-and-forth for 3 days I called today because I've been out of the medicine for one week and I get a clerk who sounded like she could can less I had a problemin the pharmacy department . I'm so done with them next year I'll choose a different insurance company who doesn't use CVS.

This CVS is phenomenal! The staff go out of their way to see that you are taken care of! Friendly, knowledgeable and kind!

Ive been going there for 15 years, Ive never had an issue! The store manager has ALWAYS been helpful and jumps in when lines get long. Not sure why so much negative feedback, I seriously have never had a problem! They've always been accommodating, especially in the pharmacy!

Terrible pharmacy and rude pharmacist! Told that Rx was not called in by Dr. Reality is the pharmacy is 5 days behind filling Rx requests and are "tired of complaints from customers, so they are blaming the Drs. now". WOW! Please use a different pharmacy
