I called in a prescription and they said it would be ready to pick up at 7pm the same day. Unfortunately, they did not have it filled until about mid day the next day (I get text updates). This is normally not a problem at all, but I needed it before leaving for a flight out of the country. I would have filled it sooner, but I was not allowed to until that day and it was already being processed before it was due as it was. They completed the fill a day later than I was told over the phone and I could not wait any longer. When I came to pick it up, the blond pharmacist was incredibly rude and condescending. I had to beg and plead and even almost argue with her to get my medication because their lunch had run a few minutes over (also not my fault). I had arrived before their lunch and they were taking people at the register, but I had to wait in the line that was already there. It’s a 30 min drive one way for me and I needed to leave to travel, so going back and forth just wasn’t an option. If the meds were filled the night before like I was told, I wouldn’t have even needed to come in last minute. I have the app, they don’t even need to enter my info to get the medication, just scan the barcode and it takes literally a minute for the transaction. There was probably still 3 cars in the drive thru and 5 people in line who had already been waiting for some time as well and they cut us all off (I was next in line). I wouldn’t have minded on a normal day. I apologized and said I wasn’t trying to be that person, but I desperately needed my medication due to my situation. Then the blond pharmacist said in condescending rude tone “well you are being that person and should have called us earlier or find a CVS where you are going.” I explained I’d be out of the country (no CVS’s) and that the script was filled late. It’s hard enough as it is to call into the pharmacy on an average day! I shouldn’t have even been in this situation to start with. Thankfully the kind male pharmacist took the literal minute to help me in a desperate situation after my pleading. I’m so thankful for him for doing that for me even if it was inconvenient for him. I’m giving 1 star simply because of the incredibly rude and unprofessional blond pharmacist’s attitude and actions. I understand their situation, but I would never speak to someone in that manner. I work in customer service and experience the same thing at my job, but you have to control your emotions. If lunch doesn’t start til after their normal time they should be able to adjust it so they get their full lunch break either way, or do lunch in shifts so the pharmacy can be manned while everyone also gets an equal and full break. Shame on CVS for not doing that for them! But also shame on her for being so rude when I was not hostile and simply pleading due to the situation. Without my medication I get very sick (PCOS/Endo/ect.) Again, thank you to the pharmacist who saved me, he deserves to be known for that. I sincerely hope they fix the conditions at CVS and figure out something for their breaks. This is not my regular pharmacy and would not choose to go here if I had any other options.

Good pharmacists!! Online pharmacy is often out of synch though...says a med is ready for refill..When it isn't!! Defeats whole purpose of a personal pharmacy dashboard. Which, when it works, is super when your family in total has 20+ prescriptions there!!!

Pharmacist canceled my prescription after choosing not to fill it in the day it was allowed. Told my doctor she "didn't feel comfortable". Berated me for calling to ask questions. Now I have to pay $150 to see my doctor all over again. Hope she likes small claims court.

Never answers the phone so you'll have to drive out of your way to get told they don't have your prescriptions. Then you have to go to Publix which is way better.

Creepy people work here. Aisles are too close together and too high. Feels like a hoarder nest more than a store.

The pharmacy has exceeded incompetence to arrive at total dysfunction. They lost my RX that I confirmed had arrived before I drove over. The pharmacy employees can't work the computer. While people are waiting in person the people constantly answer the phone ignoring waiting in person. I came here once before and was told they were out of network for me. When I checked with my insurance company on the issue they confirmed it was in network but that the attendant was so ignorant I would be better off at another pharmacy. Hope this saves you some time and frustration.
