Customer service is prompt and they are personable. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but everything was handled in a courteous, professional manner. I'm happy I have decided to use Forward as my storage.

Only leaving 1 star because you can’t leave 0 stars. They pained the units and didn’t inform the customers. They painted a $45,000 Harley and I can’t even get a manger to call me back. Have a police report, and will be contacting a attorney! Don’t do business with these people!

such awsome customer service!!! reasonable rates and very clean storage units! i love the 24 hr accessability with my crazy schedule it was very convenient. I did payment over the phone with such ease! i was here in port royal only for 5 weeks so the storage was greatly appreciated for the 1 month. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends! If I come back on a business trip again next year i will most defiantly use their storage unit again! Thanx a bunch. I wish we had such great hospitality in sw florida as these folks have shown me
