“Definitely one of the best U-Haul experiences that I’ve had. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Could not have been more satisfied with the experience! If you have u-haul needs in Beaufort, this is the place to go!”
“Pablo is an exceptional soul
I certainly appreciate his attention to details
He works to get it done right the first time
Thank you 🗽”
“Great service and a large selection. Definitely the best U-Haul in the Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton Head area. I’ve used them several times and always had a positive experience.”
“I was so pleased with the customer service I received at Monster Uhaul. Carol was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Checking out with the truck, and then returning it, was so easy. Less than 4K miles on the truck, and it was a smooth ride. I will use them again when the time comes, and definitely recommend Monster Storage and Uhaul. :)”
“When we learned on the morning of our move that our original reservation (made via the u-haul regional manager), put our truck pickup 1 1/2 hours away, we thought we were sunk. Our movers were coming in less than an hour. Somehow, Pat was able to secure a truck at her location, as well as a storage unit, and we were on our way! Pat is a lifesaver and a marriage saver!”
“After having issues with the UHaul rental place on Lady's Island over no customer service, it was wonderful coming here, getting exactly what I needed, and heading out. Very clean, professional, and so helpful! Will definitely be renting from them any time I need!”
