Alicia gives OUTSTANDING services TO ALL CUSTOMERS! She gives you her undivided attention and helps you with what you need. She is direct and speaks with clarity. She made our passport appointment go smoothly. I truly appreciate her. She is wonderful and the best person to have assisted us.
