“I have been using Ben's Auto Detailing since he opened his business. He has moved locations several times over the years and has always done an excellent job. Just recently i brought my 2018 HD Ultra Limited to Ben to detail. I was in a rush because i was trade it in. This motorcycle has seen a lot of miles and looked in fair condition. Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes. As we all know people love to complain and you tend to get more bad reviews than good. Just know that Ben is honest and does his best. He has always been 5 stars in my book. . . . . . . AND JUST KNOW JEFFREY EPSTEIN DIDN'T KILL HIMSELF”

“My father moved out of state. He had a hard time getting the old owners, managers and anyone to Answer his call much less to to remove the autodraft of his account for MONTHS. When the new manager returned our call, I explained the situation and he immediately cancelled the autodraft. He even repeatedly Apologized for how things that happened under the old management and old owners.The manager even said he would ask the new owners about a refund but it would be up to them. It seems like this place is under new and improved management. Way to be professional and being just a nice guy.”

“I have never had an issue with the vacuum they have always worked well when I use them. I purchased a light touch wash and something went wrong. The wash never started. I called the number posted and he was able to start it from his phone. I was impressed that it was instantly corrected and now I have a membership and can wash my car 10 times a month for the price of about 2 car washes. Unless you wash your car by hand nothing ia 100% every time. There may be a spot that I have to wipe off by hand from time to time but I think it is worth the money and I love that I can use it 24 hours a day and rarely have to wait.”

But...it's worth it to me!And - don't forget to tip these folks! You're at a carwash because you don't want to do your own.No - I'm not a friend/relative of the owners.
