“Im not sure who the older woman is that works in the customer service center is, but Ive dealt with her in person and now over the phone and she is RUDE AF. She refused to help me with my pickup order then refused to transfer me to someone who would. Told me to call 1800WALMART and "hungup". She put me on hold right in the middle of me speaking and didn't come back to the call. She shouldn't be working in customer service, I'd fire her.”
