“I had just left the freeway when one of my tires went flat. Lucky for me I was at the driveway of Mason & Sons. They instantly relieved my anxiety & proceeded to resolve the issue. They were so honest that they contacted a Firestone dealer to confirm that my tire was still under warranty. They put enough air in my tire to allow me to go to Firestone. I would trust the staff to provide quality services & honest resolution of any automobile issue. I intend to give them all my business in the future!”

“Britney greeted me in line and quoted around 30-45 min for my oil change. I didn’t mind waiting and it ended up being closer to 20 minutes. She let me know everything that she recommended for my car but wasn’t pushy when I declined for that visit. Overall very nice experience and she even gave my dog a treat while we waited!”

“I'm old enough to remember when 20 dollars covered an oil change so 100 dollars seems ridiculous. That said, I was in and out within 20 minutes compared to more than an hour at my dealership. Attendant could have had a friendlier demeanor but was still professional. I will go there again when needed.”
