I haven't received my cat pants yet, but I can tell you that the owner waited almost two weeks before she sewed up my order. She never told me my order was received, never told me it was not in stock, never told me that she was taking the Christmas holidays off and would not start my order until after the first of the year. I spoke to her, twice, on the phone and she never told me that my order wouldn't be processed in a timely manner. I ordered a simple size small, no fabric preference, so that it would come quickly. Two weeks later, after I complained on her FB page, she told me that she had none in stock and had to sew one up. If she had to sew one up for my order, the least she could have done was ask me for a fabric preference. Actually, if she had told me up-front that she had none in stock and was taking a Christmas vacation, I would have purchased elsewhere. Never again!
