I was the assistant deli manager here and they recently hired a co manager by the name of Shayna. The company had worked me for over 3 weeks straight without a day off, then the new co manager took a chicken order for 200 pieces and had an employee make the order on the wrong date, I tried to correct her, but she wouldn't admit to her mistake. The next day I came and worked a 8 hour shift, even though I was already into overtime, later that night the acting manager called me back in to prepare the 200 piece chicken order, because the customer was there to pick it up and it hadn't been prepared. When I got there, I began to prepare the order when the co manager, after me telling her again that this was her mistake, came running into the deli and got in my face, screaming that I was not going to talk to her like that. I preceded to go outside and speak with the other co manager, when she came running outside and got in my face with the male co manager in between us, so apparently I quit. I know it is illegal to work someone that many days without a day off. I will be speaking with an attorney
