I travel a lot and use CVS pharmacies throughout the country and this one was the best and most efficient one I have used. The staff was friendly as well.

Absolutely the worst and most disorganized pharmacy I’ve seen. They didn’t warn me that trying to use my GoodRx membership would add 15 minutes to me being there, along with attitude from employees that seem kind of prejudiced. They also didn’t fill my second prescription within 24 hours. So I’m having to drive back home, 30 min, then wait for the hours and half and come back. Another 30 minute drive. Incredible.

I am going to assume that the person I spoke to was the pharmacist. I work in healthcare, and my patient went there to pick up a prescription. The prescription was sent hours ago. Mind you, we have continuous problems with this particular "pharmacy", if you want to call it that, with filling prescriptions. He had the nerve to yell over my patient's phone, that my physician was irresponsible, for not releasing his meds. The doctor has on his version, that it was released. We can also see it from our side. The patient was so uncomfortable with this pharmacy that he decided to go back to his original pharmacy, Delta. Whom which I spoke to, and were very nice people. Whoever the gentleman is doing your pharmacy, you should fire him. You can't possibly work in health care and have that kind of attitude. You need to find something better to do. As a matter of fact look at the previous reviews. Of you all supposedly not getting prescriptions. This place is a joke.

Been trying to use this pharmacy for three years now, its always the same story, prescription not in (even when I get notification that its ready), can't get the prescription, yada, yada, yada, seems like I am not the only one who goes through this here. You cannot count on them and if you need your meds, you probably should go elsewhere for reliability. I suggest getting it filled at walmart or any other pharmacy in west ashley. I can't understand with all the complaints how this location continues to operate the same for so many years. Bad Management!! ? Sad part is if you live in the area, or down by Edisto this is the only pharmacy for miles, you would think that because its a national chain they would do better but don't count on it. More people need to complain - maybe something would change.

The most incompetent pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. 2 days of phone calls to them for a drug. I’ve spent multiple encounters here where my infant sons name was under my husbands birthday which is a huge safety concern. They told me my insurance was charging $500+ for a drug and when I called my insurance they said they had no record of them even running the script. The tech on the phone tried to tell me that an antihistamine and a proton pump inhibitor were the same thing. They went over my head to call the physician for a new script and they didn’t even call the same prescribing physician. Walmart had my scrip filled on the same day for $45. I wouldn’t let this pharmacy fill something for my dog.

Too many miserable details to list. Wasted too much time attempting to get my wife’s and my prescription filled and refilled today. If you want to experience a fun day just have your Dr send your prescriptions here.

Very friendly folks there but pretty incompetent in the pharmacy. Every time I have a prescription ready for my wife or me they have the price wrong because they choose the Blue Cross Medgap plan instead of the prescription drug plan. Then it takes 15 min+ for them to reprint the correct information. So after seeing a ridiculous price for the new prescription or refill every time the last 2 years on the phone app I started calling to let them correct the price before I drove there. This was working OK (but what a nuisance!). The final straw was a new prescription from my dermatologist. It showed up as $285 even though the medicare prescription plan showed it should cost $48 at this store. I called twice to get the price corrected but both times the lady who answered insisted it was charged correctly. I had the prescription sent to Walgreens John’s Island. It was $13.61. I will switch all our business to Walgreens immediately!
