“So, I didn't expect this so close to Christmas, but a weird sound sent me to Myson Tires. I'm glad I came in, because the brakes were worn and one tire had wires showing!
But it was the way they talked to me, explained the work and the costs, and generally respected me that made the unexpected costs hurt...well, just a little less. I've been bringing my vehicles to Myson for a couple decades, and these are just a couple of things that keep me coming back.

I left the review above about 10 months ago. But, I had to do another. In a time when good customer service is hard to find, the people at Myson Tires stand heads above the rest. A vibration while braking reminded me to have the tires rotated and balanced. They got me in right away, but AARON found the bigger issue - rear tires were separating! JULIE was as sweet as ever as she worked on finding the right tires for me. It's amazing that I can feel so safe driving my vehicles after I leave Myson. Thanks, Guys!!”
“I recently spent about 3 hours waiting for an oil change and recall fix for a software update that took longer than normal. The service advisor was very friendly, and kept me informed of the progress. The service waiting area is pretty drab with a slight depression feel. It could definitely use some fresh paint in a brighter color and more comfortable chairs would be appreciated by all. I was surprised that Honda didn’t have or offer a shuttle service, or loaner car program, as I could have waited at home in comfort, or run the errands I needed to while waiting. Definitely bring a book or a fully charged phone for entertainment while you wait.
I gave 4 stars for the level of customer service I was given, as the extra time it took was not the advisor’s fault, but sounds more like an upload issue Honda should really look at fixing.”
“Very satisfied with the A/C service on my 1999 GMC truck. Entire dash had to be removed to replace evaporator. All done at reasonable price and in just a few days.
Tim’s Auto Pro also diagnosed and fixed my truck’s hesitation on acceleration.
I recommend them to anyone needing honest, efficient auto service.”

“They did an awesome job working my car in on Thursday. They kept me informed. Thank You. But they dropped the ball yesterday (Friday). I called several times with no answer. When I did get an answer, they were busy and was supposed to call me back. No one ever called. I was 1 hour 40 minutes away. I wanted to know when they started and around the completion time so that I could be there when it was completed so that I could get on the road and head back to my orginal destination asap(3 more hours). I did receive a text when it was completed. They need to work more on their communication skills.”

The problem I had was I asked to go crank my car up to feel my air he told me I couldn’t but I’m very persistent and like things done the right way .. so after he knew he wasn’t getting my money until I felt my air he let me feel it”
“My headlights were extremely yellow & I could only see about 3 feet in front of the car on dim. My husband was told that they could not be restored & he did not thank they could be. When James got done they look like new again! Now my headlights light up my front yard!! Very happy couple here, yes even my husband is thrilled! I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“This will forever be my go to spot for everything auto related while I live in the area. I’ve made multiple in store purchases as well as a trailer tire and recently had a brand new tire repaired.Short story short - I had a double nail puncture in my brand new truck tire which had 5k miles on it. I went to discount tire and before they even looked at my tire they were trying to sell me a new one. Once they looked at it they told me it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. I took it for it for what it was and bought a new tire. Took my “broken” tire to cooks and Tim (tire guy/mechanic) patched jt and told me the tires will go bald before the nail holes affect the tire. All of the older employees are extremely knowledgeable and kind dudes!Support this business, they are very reasonably priced and an honest auto shop/mechanic!”
