“Their customer service is excellent. Both people checking us in and out were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were super clean and without carpeted floors! Why isn't this a thing in more hotels? Bathroom and shower in great condition with actual pressure in the shower. The place may appear a little rundown on the outside, but the rooms and front desk area are updated and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was great, too! Would definitely stay here again.”
“Remodeled and very nice. No carpet, vinyl flooring was great. My only complaint is, although they have vinyl floors, they are sticky and after walking barefoot, I had to wash my feet to put socks on.”

“If you need extra towels and washcloths because you suddenly find out that you're the fun mom and all the kids in the family want to sleep over in your room... make sure there aren't more than 2 extra kids.
Either that, or tell the other parents to send towels and washcloths with them, lol. They're super kid friendly, though, and staff didn't mind the impromptu sleepover! Lol.
Also, they need ADHD-proof instructions on how to use the TV because I gave up after a minute. Good thing we had coloring supplies, toys, and phones as backup lol ... Not like anyone really cared what was on the TV anyway, I was just hoping for background noise, and we ended up listening to music on my phone ??♀️ lol”
