He immediately offered to help and ran a diagnostic check on my car, explained what he was seeing, and even offered to help top off my oil if I needed it.
I probably went in and out of the store a thousand times with different questions, and every single time Shack was patient, friendly, and willing to help. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or rushed me through anything.

“Great Mom & Pop Paint & Body Shop. Jeff got my Mustang fixed up from two mishaps. The 1st being a 18 wheeler side swipe it like it was a tinder profile. ? The 2nd was a 18 wheeler retread that a suv on the interstate had kicked up from the edge of the road. ? Fun experience. Poping out my rear quarter panel, fixing the bumpers and installing the new front lip. They got her looking new again.”

“Doug Wilson of Aussie Automotives is My Hero!!! I was driving from Rock Hill to Jacksonville and each mile I lost cooling power in my AC. It was bad enough for me, but I had my long-haired cat with me who was on the verge of heatstroke. I called several other car repair shops in the area, and no one could assist me. When I called Aussie. Doug immediately told me to come on over and he would see what he could do.
When I first walked in. cat in his carrier, Doug let his partner know, so he could contain his dog. Doug made sure we were both ok before he looked at the car. He walked me through what he was doing and about 20 minutes later, my car had freon and was able to cool! During this, Doug kept us company and made sure we were comfortable. His kindness made my day.
