“I could not believe the service, the speed and friendlyness that Ken and his team gave me for a new set of tire.I had to make an immediate trip to Savannanna due to a family emergency, and driving back to stay at my brother and sister in-laws house from the Savannanna hospital, on new years eve, in the middle of the night on the highway 17 to Ridgeland S. C. I heard noises coming from my car tires.The next morning (new years day) I looked at my tires for the first time and noticed THEY WERE TOAST, and there was no way I going to drive back to FL on them.My siser-in-law said take it to Ken's and showed me where the shop was.The next morning I got up, got a breakfast sandwich and pulled into Ken's about 8:30. His team checked the tires and agreed they were worn out. Ken said he had the tires, park your car there and they went to work.What happened next I still do not believe!!!His team members came out immediately, jacked the car up, stated removing tires and taking them into the shop. As the third or fourth one was coming off.....the first new one was coming out, balanced etc and on!I had barely finished my sandwich and they were done!!It looked like NASCAR pitstop!”

“I live in Charleston, and when I hit a deer a few weeks ago on my way to work, every shop in town told me they couldn't see me for THREE months which is insane.I drive for Uber full time hours in addition to my other full time job, and being in the middle of a court battle for my kids, I needed every dollar I could make.I started calling shops further away from my home, and came across Aussie Auto Body. I explained my situation to Doug, one of the owners, and he explained he couldn't promise how fast he could get my parts, but said if I was willing to drive out there for him to take a quick look at it, that he would drop what he was doing and give me the time to figure out what he could do to help me.I made the drive out there that morning and as promised, Doug came out, looked at my car, wrote an estimate on the spot, and gave me some alternative options to be able to get back in a car faster.When those options didn't work out, and I had to get my car fixed, Doug submitted the estimate that same day, and managed to track down every part my car needed within 2 days after that.I took my car up to him, and he was able to get the work done and have the car returned to me in a DAY AND A HALF. Absolutely crazy.He kept me updated with pictures. The whole time, made arrangements for me to pick up the car after hours, worked with me at every possible turn to help me out as much as possible and make the transaction smooth.I went from thinking I was going to lose 3 months of work to only being out of commission for a week. I prayed hard for help, and God sent Doug and his team to me, and I am eternally grateful for them.I could not recommend this shop or these people any harder than I am right now. If you have the option to give these people your business, please do. You won't regret it.Services: Painting”

“I had an appointment this morning to have my Mini checked for a potential windshield washer pump issue. They took the car back, checked it out and all that was wrong was that the lines were clogged! They took care of the issue within minutes and sent me on my way! I look forward to taking my Mini back here for future maintenance. I recommend them very highly!!!”

“Great Mom & Pop Paint & Body Shop. Jeff got my Mustang fixed up from two mishaps. The 1st being a 18 wheeler side swipe it like it was a tinder profile. ? The 2nd was a 18 wheeler retread that a suv on the interstate had kicked up from the edge of the road. ? Fun experience. Poping out my rear quarter panel, fixing the bumpers and installing the new front lip. They got her looking new again.”

“I95 on the Eve of a holiday weekend, pulling a trailer, is not when you want to have tire problems. Thankfully we weren't far from Ridgeland Tire. We pulled in knowing something wasn't right with our tires. Thankfully they diagnosed the problem. Two new tires and in less than an hour we were back on the road. Even got to wait in the A/Ced office with my dog and chat with the front office girls. Great employees, fair prices..Thanks Ridgeland tire!”

“This business was recommended by a co-worker. I purchased a used vehicle and needed someone to go over it as well as general maintenance. Everyone was very friendly, the vehicle did require additional unknown repairs. However I was called and they sent pictures to document what was needed. I spent more than I intended but the price was very reasonable for the work that was done.”

“8/16/2023My Granddaughter was stuck in Ridgeland, S.C. She was traveling from Virginia to Florida. She was by herself and stranded quite a ways from home.Her car had broken down at mile marker 28. She was rescued by Highway Patrol and taken somewhere safe and contacted me in Jacksonville, FL to help her get a place to stay. I got her a room at Days Inn and the next morning 8/17/2023 I had to find some company to tow her car, see what was wrong with it and fix it.I called Scott's Automotive. They jumped right on the situation. Within 20 mins they had procured the key from her at the hotel, went to the car, and towed the car to their shop.Within 30-40 mins they called me with repair information. The serpentine belt had snapped. They gave me a very fair quote for towing and repairs.The car was fixed and ready to go within the hour. They went back to the hotel and picked up my granddaughter. “It was a Friday afternoon, we were on our way to FL. The car’s A/C stopped working and we took the exit to Ridgeland, called every other well known shops but no one cared to help because it was closing time but the gentleman at Blatchley’s was kind enough to ask us more details over the phone and then agreed to take a look. He inspected the car and found out it to be a bigger issue which would have taken 2 days to fix. Since, we were traveling, we decided to carry on with the trip. He didn’t even charge us for the diagnosis. Atleast he cleared out all our doubts and we could travel peacefully to our destination.
