I stayed here for the month of December, and I loved it! The owner Mr.Mark is very sweet and helpful, he keeps the place really nice and clean! When I first got there he helped me set up everything. Everyone was very friendly, nice and quiet, lots of space between campers, and large area for my Shepard to play. I will def be back again when visiting. Thanks so much Mr.Mark for your help! Ms.TeeDog-friendliness: Large area for dog to playPicnic area: The area in between campers is spacious enough for picnic or fire pit.

Mark was extremely accommodating. Very quite place. Everyone we ran into was very friendly. Stayed there for 3 months and never had an issue.

We have been here to Mr Marks park three times in the past two years! We are back again This park is wonderful and peaceful! Awesome people in the park. Mr Mark keeps the park clean and mowed and he’s always checking on us.Dog-friendliness: My dogs love it here?

We travel for my husband's job and it brought us to the Savannah area about a year ago for the port expansion job. When calling all the local rv parks we couldn't find one that would support a long term host. We came across Buckeye Farms about a half hour away in South Carolina from where my husband would be working in Georgia. From the very first phone call to a year later Mark has been the most pleasant camp host. At the time Mark did not have any openings but promised he would call me the minute something opened up. About a week prior to us getting ready to leave Illinois to go to Georgia Mark called me that he had something open up, perfect timing. He allowed me to pay for the site over the phone to hold it and we headed to South Carolina. Mark greeted us the entrance and took us to our site. This is our first time ever owning an rv let alone living in one. Whenever we have had questions or needed anything he is just a phone call or text away. Buckeye Farms is a clean and quiet little,no frills campground out in the country. It does come with full hookups. There is a huge field Mark allows you to run your dogs off leash in and while there is no playground you'll find kids riding their bikes through the park or playing catch in the field. The laundry mat is about 13 minutes away in town and there is a Camping World not far from here that if you need anything its a quick run to get it. The campground is about a half hour from Savannah and 45 minutes from Hilton Head. There are not enough words to explain how thankful I am to have Mark as our camp host. The power went out because of a storm once while we were away and we have a finicky inverter that trips whenever all 3 air conditioners try to kick back on after power comes back on so my husband's best friend drove an hour up to reset it for us while we were gone. The second he showed up at our camper we got a phone call from Mark asking if he had permission to be in our camper or if he had to go take care of it because Mark knew we were gone. We now just let Mark know when we are gone and he keeps an eye on it for us. I keep an eye on the weather and when we lose our Starlink I call Mark and he goes down to reset the inverter for us without hesitation. We have small animals that live with us that we don't board when we go away for the weekend being able to trust Mark to go down and reset it for us has been a Godsend.We couldn't have picked a better campground to learn about the rv life at.

We stayed at Buckeye Farms Campground for about four months. We loved the campground! The owner, Mark, is the nicest guy! If we are ever in Ridgeland SC again he will be the first person we call!

Our camper caught on fire at this campground , mark was too busy the next day stealing things from our fire scene then banned us from the property. Called our insurance company 6 times begging them to move our burnt camper. He stole items from it. There was no compassion as our home went into flames. There was no concern other than him stealing our camper plug in. There are no emergency breakers here. You have 4 60amp camper on one pole. Use at your own risk.

We stayed at Buckeye Farms Campground for 9 months, it was conveniently located near my husband job. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet with plenty of places to walk with our dog. Mark (the owner) was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The grass was cut regularly & there was a dumpster on site for trash. There are no restrooms so you will need to be self-contained. However, all sites are large and have full hook ups & Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this campground.

we just stayed for 1 night but from the moment we called we felt welcome. the owner was extremely kind and had great suggestions for food. quite little campground. if youre going for the quiet in the woods experience (without actually being in the woods) this little hidden gem is perfect. definitely our new favorite campground.

Long term is an excellent experience! I have been here two & a half years & love it! Very safe & comfortable! The owner manager has never failed to take care of any of my concerns! What a Lovely place to live!
